What are you all time best movie sences?

Personally I am big fan of the superior technical sequences - which often look simpe on screen. For example the fight in the Bourne Identity where Matt Damon uses a pen a weapon. Others on my list would be:

Matrix - 'I know Kung Fu'
Any thing by Bruce Lee or Jet Lee

Also Chow Yung Fat in the 'Killer' - although this is more gun fighting.

What do you all think?
