Fat Instructors

Why have so many ok the well known Karate Instructors from the past gone fat, when you are supposed to stay fit? Not much discipline there then! If we can't have discipline in our eating habits, how can we have any?[b]

Buddah is de-picted as a rather large man, and yet regarded as disciplined, maybe they are trying to copy buddah ??

But the Buddah was not fat! he did not eat much, just enough to say alive. I seen a woman in a Invalid carrige, she was so fat, she could not walk, so! eating? :evil:

Just came back from holiday in the USA. Never seen so many fat people, so fat some of them could not walk, I suppose it's the matabilism, nothing to do with eating?
