I was curious what the thoughts of Shogun Karate are on Makiwara?

Is the training worthwhile and safe and do Shogun Karate teach it?

Yes, training on the Makiwara is good, but could cause injury if used too much, depends what you want? The Traditional can cause arthritus! Food for thought? :lol: :lol: :lol:
