Yes, training on the Makiwara is good, but could cause injury if used too much, depends what you want? The Traditional can cause arthritus! Food for thought?

I was curious what the thoughts of Shogun Karate are on Makiwara? Is the training worthwhile and safe and do Shogun Karate teach it? |

How do people know that they wouldn't have suffered from Arthritis anyway? |
